Benesh Distance Learning Course One
Want to be able to use Benesh notation as a resource in your study and teaching of dance?
Enrol on this course. You can start at any time of year – approximately 100 hours over twelve months delivered by distance learning with individual tutorial support provided by phone, fax, email and post.
Course Content

A study of the basic principles of Benesh • Movement Notation as applied to the solo dancer including movements of the limbs
and body, direction faced, turns, floor
patterns and the expression of rhythm

Practice in reading and recording ballet • exercises and enchaînements
